🎓 Educational Qualification:
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
- Must have a B.Sc degree from a recognized university.
- Preference may be given to candidates with experience in managing Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), agriculture, or rural development.

- Must have passed Intermediate (12th class).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and Tally/finance software is an advantage.
