Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University by the Government of India.
- The degree must be completed and the result declared before the closing date.
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025):
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Age relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen, Widows, and others as per government norms
IBPS PO Salary 2025
The starting basic pay is ₹48,480/- with the pay scale of:
₹48,480 – 2,000 (7 years) – ₹62,480 – 2,340 (2 years) – ₹67,160 – 2,680 (7 years) – ₹85,920
Additionally, selected candidates will receive HRA, DA, CCA, Medical, Travel, and other allowances as per bank policies. The gross salary can range between ₹60,000 to ₹70,000 per month depending on the location of posting.
IBPS PO 2025 Selection Process
The selection will be carried out in three stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Objective Test)
- Main Examination (Objective + Descriptive Test)
- Interview Round

Interview
