Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Civil, Chemical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, etc.
• Other Degrees: MBA, MCA, M.Sc (Chemistry), CA/ICMA, etc.

Experience:

• Required post-qualification experience in relevant fields.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in integrated steel plants.
• Desired skills: SAP, ERP, instrumentation maintenance, software development, and quality assurance.

Age Limit:

• As per company norms. Age relaxations apply as detailed in the notification.

Selection Process:

1. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates will need to submit original documents for verification.
   • Necessary documents include age proof, qualifications, experience certificates, caste certificate, etc.
2. Walk-in Interviews:
   • Conducted at multiple locations: Raipur, Bhubaneshwar, Rourkela, Bokaro, Durgapur, Hospet, Jharsuguda.
   • Interview centers will be allocated based on candidate selection during the application process.
3. Final Selection:
   • Based on performance in the walk-in interview.
   • Successful candidates will be offered posts based on eligibility and interview performance.
